1. Where are Tetrad Network Solutions support technicians located?
Answer: All of our technicians are located in the United States at our office in Kennesaw GA. In fact, all Tetrad Network Solutions employees work out of our Kennesaw office.
2. Are Tetrad Network Solutions technicians going to be able to fix my issue or answer my questions effectively?
Answer: Absolutely!! All Tetrad Network Solutions technicians are experienced and knowledgeable about all supported technologies.
How do I actually get technical support?
To get support from one of our Tech Pros just purchase a subscription. After your purchase, you can connect to a Tech Pro via phone or online chat and if needed the Tech Pro can also perform a virtual house call. You can also schedule a callback to have a Tech Pro fix your issue at a more convenient time.
How do virtual business calls work?
Remote sessions require your permission to perform to start, you remain in complete control of the remote connection at all times, and you can see everything the technician does.
What operating systems do you cover?
We cover the latest OS versions of Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS and older versions still supported by the manufacturer. At this time, we do not support Linux.
What types of problems do you fix?
We can diagnose and resolve almost any tech problem via remote technical support. Some of the types of issues we have recently solved are: connecting devices to a network, tuning up a slow computer, removing viruses or malware, setting up a new printer or device to the internet, updating or installing new OS system or software, migrating data, help with password recovery, and more.
